CA Real Estate Prac­tice Course

This course will cover the many top­ics under the umbrella of Cal­i­for­nia pre-license real estate law. Sub­jects dis­cussed in this course include Cal­i­for­nia Law, Agency Issues, Con­tracts and Clos­ings, Financ­ing, Tax­a­tion, Leas­ing and other top­ics.
