Group Study with Textbooks

Includes all three qualifying courses. Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice and Real Estate Finance. The course comes with an interactive test site that will test your knowledge of each chapter, and an online interactive database of practice questions. Important: This group study program is only offered in Irvine, California and is held on Wednesday night from 6:30pm to 9:00pm. The course will last 10 weeks and may be repeated as long as you wish.

*The courses are approved by the California Department of Real Estate as home study/correspondence courses – not live courses. Includes the benefits of “non-mandatory” group coaching sessions to informally review previously submitted homework assignments and to answer general questions related to course content.
