I got very lucky coming across approved Real Estate Academy!! hands down the BEST course i have ever taken.. Jim Forde is one one the best teachers that i have ever had and he is very nice and patient and is always there when you need him! And also he always brings cookies to classes! This course also has a zoom option if you would prefer that and it's literally the same thing as if you are in class physically.

I passed my real estate exam on the first attempt. Big Thanks to Jim Forde!! Jim's crash course and study binder are very thorough and closely align with the state exam. My best advice is to keep taking and retaking the crash course until you get over 90% on all subjects then you are set to take the exam. My goal was not to just pass the exam but pass on the first attempt! Again thank you Jim. Approved Real Estate Academy really worth the investment.

Approved Real Estate Academy is awesome!! You have a choice of going to the class once a week in person or once a week through Zoom. You can do this class while working a full time job. Jim has over 30 years of experience and has been teaching the class for years. Therefore, we get to hear experiences that relates to the subject matter. In my opinion, that helps students retain information and there is a lot of information to learn. He is very honest and has a passion for teaching and for the people he teaches. He communicates very well with all of the students. Keeping everyone updated via email to help guide you step by step on how to get your real estate license. You can also call him on his cell phone or any team member if you should have any questions. If your thinking about it, go for it!!
