California Real Estate Principles is an introduction to the many aspects of the Real Estate business. This course has been written primarily for the prospective real estate broker or salesperson, but it will also interest the consumer or investor. This eleventh edition of the Principles has been revised to reflect current market conditions as well as the legislative and regulatory changes that take place regularly.
